Edelweiss Veal is a USDA regulated and HACCP plan-approved, wholesale meatpacking and delivery business committed to providing restaurants and meat markets with the highest quality products and exceptional service. The business, located in Colonie, New York, was established in 1981 as a family owned company specializing in veal products. Over the years, the business expanded to include poultry, pork, lamb, beef and other products.

 

Gary and Patty Warrington, the owners of Edelweiss Veal Products, purchased the business from the retiring owner in 2010. Gary previously worked for the company for 14 years. The company continuously strives to ensure that each customer is satisfied with the products and service. We remain a small, family operated company that takes pride in the personal attention we can provide to each of our customers. We look forward to working with you.
